Halloween Special Comic Fair Saturday 31st October | 10:00am – 4:00pm Join us for Newports Hallowen Special Comic Fair hosted by Sin City Comics & Gaming in the heart of the Kingsway Centre, Newport. Out Halloween Special Comic Fair brings together independent businesses, artists, creators, collectors, and retailers from across the pop culture community. Whether you sell comics, trading cards, artwork, handmade crafts, gaming accessories, toys, collectibles, or other geeky merchandise, we'd love to have you join us. It is also the home of our annual Trick or Treat Ghost Hunt! Free to all ages with lots of goodies to find! This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your products to thousands of shoppers searching for unique gifts and collectables. Vendor Spaces Single Unit One 6ft x 2ft table Chairs are not provided Double Unit Two 8ft x 2ft table Chairs are not provided Booking Information Single units may only be booked individually. If you require additional space, please book a double unit. Table sizes cannot be changed or substituted. Single and double units cannot be combined within one booking. If you require a larger pitch, please book two or more double units. Event Information All trader spaces are located along the main shopping mall within the Kingsway Centre, including the central atrium, ensuring excellent visibility throughout the event. Full exhibitor information, including arrival times, setup instructions, and event guidance, will be emailed approximately one week before the event. Parking & Loading Parking is available in the Kingsway Centre Car Park, with convenient loading access via the same entrance. Sat Nav: Kingsway Centre Car Park Maximum vehicle height: 2.2 metres The car park operates an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system. Simply drive to the entrance barrier and your registration number will be recorded automatically. Before leaving, enter your vehicle registration at one of the payment machines located near the car park entrance. Once payment has been made, the exit barrier will recognise your vehicle and lift automatically. Need Help? Should the event need to be postponed or rescheduled by the organisers, you will have the option to transfer your booking to the new event date or receive a full refund.
