Returns & Refunds – The Basics

• Changed your mind?
  Let us know within 14 days of getting your order if you want to return something. The item must be unopened and in new condition.
• Something arrived damaged or faulty?
  Email us at orders@sccg.co.uk with photos within 48 hours of delivery—don’t open the item if the packaging is damaged! For electrical items, contact us within 14 days.
• Opened TCG/Booster packs/boxes?
  Sorry, we can’t take these back if they’re opened. If the outside packaging is damaged, get in touch before opening for help.
• Event tickets are non-refundable and can’t be swapped for another event.
• We only ship within the UK (not Northern Ireland).
