Shipping Policy

• Our Service:
• FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £50
  We aim to ship all orders within 2–4 working days using ParcelForce Tracked 48 for reliable, insured delivery.
• Order Processing:
  Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday (we don’t ship on weekends).
• Shipping Upgrades:
  If your order needs extra insurance or a different courier (due to size, weight, or value), we’ll arrange that at no extra cost to you and you’ll still receive tracking.
• Collection Orders:
  If you select “Collection” at checkout, your order is usually ready within 24 hours. We’ll email you as soon as it’s ready—please wait for the confirmation email before coming to collect.

• Delivery Area:
  We ship only within the UK (not including Northern Ireland).
